27 Breed Notes – Windsor 2018

At a lovely hot and sunny Windsor, Keeshonds were third in the ring after 37 Schipperkes and 32 Shar Pei’s; our judge was breed specialist Brian Bennett (who last judged keesies at Birmingham City in 2012). He had drawn an entry of 26 dogs with 3 absentees and judging finished around 3.00pm.

The DCC with BOB was Melanie Harris’ Ch Neradmik All About The Boy For Watchkees JW ShCM (Ch Am Ch Kemonts Skylines Game Boy (imp USA) x Ch Lady Godiva’s Guilty Pleasures with Neradmik (imp Fin)).
The RDCC went to Toby’s brother Brodie (from a repeat mating) Joan Miles & her daughter Sarah’s Ch Neradmik Family Affair With Lekkerbek (Ch Am Ch Kemonts Skylines Game boy (imp USA) x Ch Lady Godivas Guilty Pleasures with Neradmik (imp Fin))

BCC was Alison & Ivan Passmore’s Ch Torrikees Lust For Life (Ch Winklestar Hadar x Ch Torrikees Victoria’s Secret) and the RBCC went to Les & Jenny White’s Ch Neradmik Dear Darling of Whitchakees (Ch Neradmik Game Plan at Lekkerbek x Ch Lady Godiva’s Guilty Pleasures with Neradmik (imp Fin)) handled by Joan Miles.

BP was Sue Schulz’s Neradmik Pocketful Of Miracles To Skydust (Imp Can) (Can Ch Keesbrook’s Oh I Believe x Can Ch Neradmik Academy Award)

Tom Mather judged the Terry Thorn Memorial Open Stakes where Mel and Toby, Ch Neradmik All About The Boy For Watchkees got a second place and won £20 prize money and in the Agria Junior Stakes, Peter Young gave Jane Saunders and Liefkees Adina a fourth place with £10 prize money.

Elaine Stubbings (Vandersee) has drawn an entry of 36 dogs making 41 entries for the North of England’s Open show on the 21st July. Jenny Shorer-Wheeler has 17 dogs entered for the Special Awards classes which will be held before the open show judging; the show opens at 10.30am and the SAC judging starts at 11.00am. Subject to demand there will be a Puppy Walk and Junior Handling held in the lunch break between the judging of dogs and bitches. Raffles prizes would be much appreciated.
