PD(1) 1 Miles, Cullen &Brown’s Rossvale’s Legacy For Lekkerbek. This boy walked into the ring and completely blew me away. He demanded the win. I have never seen him so lovely. Handled by his breeder, he did everything I could have asked. He has the most beautiful head, eye and expression, small well placed ears. Balanced throughout with ample neck, well placed shoulders, short, compact body, good depth of chest and well muscled, highest of tails carried well over his back and to cap it all didn’t put a foot wrong on the move, standing he looked a picture and completely asked for the CC and BOB.
JD(1) 1 Newman’s Leazehond Lightning Bolt. Similar in type to the last class winner. Has a good wedge head with good eyes and ears and nice expression, perhaps a shorter head, not quite the neck of Legacy but a most beautiful body, short in back and good depth to chest, high set tail and mover very well, not carrying the coat at present which affected his shape and colour, but still a lovely dog.
LD(2) 1 Davies’ Rossvale Frankly My Dear Kyross. A favourite of mine, lovely head but I would prefer a less round eye, small well placed ears, short back with high set tail, strong, well muscled body, super colour, coat coming in, moved very well, stood four square and showed well but would prefer a little more leg. Res CC. 2 Tew’s Bargeway Keen To Rumble. A very nice boy to look at standing but on examination found him to be shorter in neck than I like and a little narrow in front, moved well but on standing his tail was dropping, good bone and size.
VD(1) 1 Miles’ Allforus Frosting Over Lekkerbek JW ShCM. Nine yrs old and still a puppy, very balanced dog with good head, eyes, ears and expression, good strong body with short back and high set tail, moved very well, just would like him a little larger.
MPB(2) 1 Atherton’s Shelderon Summer Special. Litter sister to second, both very nice but first is a shorter in back, has a lovely high set tail, very pretty head, good neck and shoulder, pretty colour. Once her young handler learns to show her with confidence she will do very well. Moved well. 2 Palmer’s Shelderon Summer Sparkle. Very pretty head and eye, similar in type to first.
PB (2) 1 Gregory’s Amikirs Bubblelicious. Larger bitch and a beautiful colour, scores in head over her litter sister, dark, well shaped eyes and good, small, well carried ears, slightly longer in back but carries her tail well over her back with a lovely plume, moved well when settled. 2 Carter’s Amikirs Bucks Fizz Of Almraglic. Litter sister to first, not so pleasing in head, but I’m sure this will improve with maturity, very pretty colour and good coat quality, very well groomed, actually shorter in back than her sister but not so mature, needs to settle on the move.
JB(2, 1) 1 Passmore’s Torrikees Victoria’s Secret. As pretty as a picture, all the qualities that I like, very pretty head but would prefer a smaller eye, very balanced throughout, good neck and shoulder, shortest of backs, good strong little body, high tail carried well over her back, moved very well, standing she had all the qualities I like. CC. 2 Tew’s Bargeway Neat And Tidy. Another nice girl but wouldn’t show and wouldn’t move, pretty head and expression, good neck and shoulder but longer in back than first, good depth of chest, rather out of coat and because of this her colour wasn’t as clear, still very promising.
PGB(3, 2) 1 Atherton’s Sheldron Silk Stockings. Bigger girl but nicely made, lovely colour, good neck and shoulder but could be shorter in back, tail set rather low, very well muscled and moved well.
LB(2, 1) 1 Austin & Johnston’s Chotahkees Enchantress. Larger girl and very dark in colour, lovely head and expression, good eye shape and colour, super neck and shoulder, strong, well muscled body with good depth of chest, tail could be higher, moved well and sympathetically handled.
OB(2) 1 Austin’s Ch Chotahkees Truly Gorgeous. Gorgeous shape to this well deserved champion. Good head but eye could be darker, very good neck and shoulders, strong, solid body with good depth of chest, could be a little heavy, highest of tails and moved well, just lost out on ticket. Res CC. 2 Divers’ Ir Ch Kichigai Rare Edition At Murmansk A favourite of mine but would just like a little more size, everything to like, lovely head, good eyes, ears and expression, maybe a little more neck is needed, good colour, high tail, good on the move, just more of her would be lovely.
