PD (4,1a) 1 Matthews’ Valindale Genusfour Byquy, certainly a bit of a handful & needs to settle to the job. Lovely head, immaculate front, sound legs & feet, well bodied, level back, good square outline. A bit on the dark side at the moment. Lovely tail & very sound on the move. RCC; 2 Luckhurst’s Gavimir Demon King, super colour & head type, good front & front movement spot on, nice for proportions of height to length. Just needs to strengthen in hocks a touch more; 3 Wilkes’ Pommary Ashu Lodale for Dakaraikees.
JD (4) 1 Matthews’ Valindale What Ever, on the tall side but so nicely made & a clean sharp mover. Pleasing wedge shaped skull & muzzle, ears set nicely at about five past one, good round tight feet. His legs could be cleaner in colour but his overall colour otherwise excellent. In lovely coat & muscular condition, handsome dog; 2 Gate’s Valindale What Do You Think about Lacetrom, clearer leg colour but not the hindquarters of 1 & a little stuffy in neck. Nice head & eyes, well ribbed back, central tail with the tip turned under, moved well in front & profile; 3 Marfleet’s Flatmeer Flickerring.
PGD (6,3) 1 V What Do You Think about L; 2 Hill’s Plymkees Star Class, spectacles could be better defined & was sidewinding on the move. Good size & immaculate coat condition & presentation, lovely colour & shoulder markings. A little down on his pasterns; 3 Newman’s Leazehond Edmundson.
LD (6) 1 Pattison’s Eastkees Licence to Love, smart & precise moving youngster, coat a little between & betwixt but a I liked the texture, typy head, correct stop, clean well proportioned backskull, good pigment, body nice to go over & central tailset. Will look even better with a little more coat; 2 Divers’ Allforus Roll of the Dice at Murmansk, in better coat but I thought he looked a little too low on the leg for his length. Holds himself well, lovely colour. Pasterns can still strengthen up a little more. Moved OK; 3 Dean’s Allforus Frosting over Lekkerbek.
OD (7) Difficult class. 1 Matthews’ Valindale Fixed Assets for Byquy, masculine & in good harsh coat, clean legs & lovely feet, pleasing head & foreface, tight central tail, good markings & in lovely body, went very well in the challenge. CC; 2 Bennett & Savage’s Ch Thorsdale Trademark, not as harsh in coat as 1 but is of lovely colour. Excellent head & earset, good level back, correct square outline & well set tail. Moved rather close in rear but had a little more width in front than above; 3 Hickson’s Ch Kichigai Great Pretender.

PB (6) 1 Passmore’s Torrikees Miss Dior, pleasing skull & foreface. Ears set too erect & a touch high on skull. Sound front, good clear colour on grand legs & feet, nice coat coming, OK behind, well handled, moved very well indeed for her age. RCC & BP: 2 Matthews’ Valindale Waltzing Matilda for Byquy, super puppy, very full of herself & needs to settle a little. Lovely type & quality, well proportioned body & height to length ratio. When she is a little less bouncy she will do well; 3 Hilll’s Pommary Talluhal Lo at Plymkees.
JB (1) 1 Jaines’ Allforus Born For Ice, neat bitch of correct size. Needs more bone & muscle I thought. Moving well in rear, good neck & tailset. A little too upright in shoulder & down on her pasterns, paddles in front. Good coat & coat presentation.
PGB (6,2) 1 Newman’s Leazehond Maddy Moonlight, not moving too well in rear but sound in front & has a brisk stride in profile. Good coat showed off her outline, nicely wedge shaped head, excellent pigment, good tight feet. Would like clearer colour on lower legs; 2 Read’s Ricara Kiss Me Kate at Valindale, rather out of coat. Better colour on legs & nice central tail, head & pigment not quite up to 1 & is a little weak in her front legs; 3 Francis & Wilding’s Swashway Stage Struck.
LB (7,1) Good class. 1 Austin’s Valindale Darling Girl for Chotahkees, the most exquisite head, eyes & perfect earset, good markings & colour, nice proportioned & smashing front & profile mover. She just tends to move a little close going away otherwise difficult to fault. Great quality bitch. CC & BOB; 2 Luckhurst’s Gavimir English Rose, lovely profile, nice square outline & very alert & showing herself off well. Paddles a little in front & a trifle out of coat. Good size & clear colour on legs; 3 Wilson’s Venway Angel Delight at Gallowtree.
OB (12,4) Nice class. 1 Luckhurst’s Ch Gavimir Hubble Bubble, moving well in profile & immaculate in front, well laid shoulders, good forechest, lovely head & expression, well placed small ears, nicely ribbed back & good outline. She does move a little too close going away. In super coat & muscletone; 2 Brown’s Ch Rossvale Gone With The Wind, smart & brisk on the move, pleasing head & expression, in great coat & body, perfect tail. Moving close coming towards & going away but loved her type & proportions; 3 Saunders’ Liefkees Albertine.
