Not a big entry but by now most long term exhibitors know what I will like & enter or not, as the case may be. Coats were not in best nick but only to be expected at this time of the year, many were in the throes of getting ready to drop coat & as a result colour was not as clear as I would like. Eye colour was in the main very good but some could be darker, most had the correct shape. Front assemblies were not good, far too many were too far forward placed with resulting very upright shoulders, straight upper arms & poor front gait. The poor front assemblies were most evident in watching sidegait, as far too many dog short stepped in front extension. Temperaments were excellent but that should always be the norm in this breed. I was very pleased to hear after the show that the BOB went onto G1 later in the day, well done.

PD & J (0).
PGD (5) 1 Wilkin’s Pommary Quick Silver at Whizzkees, nicely balanced, up to size, excellent proportions, conformation, very good legs, tight catlike feet, best neck & forehand in class, correct coat texture & clear markings, head masculine, correct proportions of skull to muzzle length, well set ears, really comes into his own on the move with sharp true brisk action, in the challenge I preferred overall balance, neck & movement. CC, his second, BOB & G1; 2 Brunt’s Sueacres Iced Diamond of Zandvoort, just out of junior, excellent head, best in the class for eye shape & colour, square compact dog, quite typical, not the forehand or movement of 1 but a quality dog with very engaging personality & very good conformation.; 3 Anderson’s Kichigai Limited Edition.
LD (2) 1 Hopkins’ Helkeesen Regal Surfer among Serenaubach, most typical right now for outline, balance, coat & movement, attractive head & expression, excellent eyes for colour & shape, excellent ears, decent length of neck, fairly good body, will need more time; 2 Shepherd’s Reesburg Rainbow Warrior, right out of coat & as a result, harness markings are not very clearly defined. Attractive head with dark eyes, needs to settle on the move & front assembly lacks angulation.
OD (5) First 3 most typical but short upper arms were very evident. 1 Day’s Ch Allforus Dice Master for Spitzcav, very good head & expression, very dark eyes, ears well used, very good body development, very good to go over for conformation, compact body giving correct outline & balance, short strong loin, well set tail, very good coat, best mover in the class. RCC; 2 Brunt’s Zandvoort Dream Machine, attractive head & expression, exquisite dark eyes of correct shape, size & set, very good length of muzzle to match skull. A bit upright in shoulder so not quite the balance of 1 in outline. Very good body, excellent tail & coat texture, clear colours with well defined harness markings, when settled, moved well; 3 Divers’ Ch/Ir Ch Allforus Roll Of The Dice at Murmansk.

PB (5) 1 Palmer’s Eastkees Foxy Lady, 8 months, stands out for overall balance, substance, typical head, dark eyes, very good ears, correct balance of skull to muzzle length, excellent forehand giving good length of neck, still in puppy coat so colour needs to clear tail well set, best movement in the class, promising puppy. BP; 2 Austin’s Chotahkees Enchantress, 9 months, not quite the body development or compactness of 1, very good head, excellent eye shape & colour, good strength & length of muzzle. Not the forehand of 1. Good body shape, well defined harness markings, tail could be a tad higher set. Moved well; 3 Brown’s Rossvale Scarletts Secret.
JB (3) 1 Rose’s Neradmik Kisses ‘N’ Giggles for Esorkees, 15 months, lovely balanced outline, excellent feminine head & expression, lovely dark eyes, excellent balance of length of muzzle to skull. Ears could be neater, good neck length, decent front, very compact body, correct coat texture. Colour needs to clear just a bit, moved very well, just needs time, quality; 2 Palmer’s Sueacres Silver Strand, almost 18 months, lovely headpiece, excellent eyes, neck length OK, upper arm length affected front gait, very strong sturdy body, good tailset & rear angles. Front pasterns need to strengthen as this affected her topline.
PGB (4) Both of these bitches had the more desired construction I was looking for. 1 Hickson’s Kichigai Special Edition, excellent head & expression with desired dark eyes, well set & used ears, very compact body with well sprung ribs, short strong loin, high set tail, correct coat texture with good clear markings, excellent gait. RCC; 2 Gate’s Lacetrom Cruivie, excellent head with beautiful expression, excellent conformation, Coat right now is between stages so colour is not as clear as I would want, body needs a bit more time to develop.
LB (6) 1 Williams’ Allforus Crystal Dream for Yontan, excellent size, substance & body. Would like coat colour to clear a bit more, very good head & expression, correct forehand & neck, excellent tailset, best mover in the class; 2 Smith’s Sueacres Crystal Image, young bitch for this level. Needs a bit more time to develop, excellent head & expression, lovely neck but handler needs to watch how she stands her charge, very good coat with clear colour & markings, good movement; 3 Divers’ Kichigai Rare Edition at Murmansk.
OB (3) 1 Austin’s Ch Valindale Darling Girl for Chotahkees, lovely head & expression, excellent dark almond shaped eyes, one of the best heads in the entry, excellent conformation, good size & substance in body, short strong loin, excellent coat texture, excellent tailset, very good angles both ends, correct sound gait, I just wish she had a bit more oomph but otherwise is so typical. CC; 2 Williams’ Kichigai Moonlight Kisses for Yontan, certainly has plenty of spirit, could give 1 some & have lots left over for herself, now needs to learn to direct that energy to show off her qualities. Compact, very good head, dark eyes but would not use her ears so that affected expression. Very clear markings & coat colour, excellent tailset, good angles both ends. Would not settle on the move so couldn’t really assess gait.
