I really appreciated the excellent entry & good sportsmanship here today. There were some very smart youngsters but the older generation acquitted themselves well too. My thanks to the members of the Keeshond Club for your kindness & hospitality.

BIS was Reed’s Byquy Bam Bam; RBIS, Harris’ Neradmik All About The Boy for Watchkees; & BP, Andrews’ Neradmik Daddy Dear with Maldine.

MPD 1 Eggleston’s Kichigai’s Only The Lonely with Ricara, a smart well made youngster of good balance & type. Attractive head & expression, clearly defined spectacles, almond shaped dark eye. Well bodied for age with good topline & tailset. Slightly smutty hocks but coat texture is good & his movement both up & down was pleasing. Shows & presented to best advantage; 2 Miles, Dean & Isles’ Neradmik Kiss Chase with Lekkerbek, not quite the composure & assurance of the winner but a nice quality youngster, good head proportions, moderately long neck & good body which is well ribbed back with a high set, well plumed tail. Good coat texture.
PD 1 Andrews’ Neradmik Daddy Dear with Maldine, stood alone here but he beat some lovely youngsters to win BP. Good head proportions with fairly neat well shaped ears. Dark, almond eye. Good neck & shoulders, sturdy well ribbed body with high set tail. Sound mover & particularly pleasing in profile with a light brisk action. In good coat & condition.
JD 1 Bennett’s Byquy Rich Gent, well balanced with a lovely square outline, good flat skull, neat ears & well defined spectacles. Good body & rib. Well carried tail. Pleasing feet. Very good both up & down & in profile, he has a very fluid easy action.
PGD 1 Atkinson’s Byquy You Will Be Rich, at only 14 months he was not quite in the fullest of coats but it is a good colour & texture. Very appealing head & expression with dark almond eye, small velvety ears, clearly marked spectacles. Moderate angulation both front & rear. Good depth & breadth of chest. Well ribbed back. Sound & typical on the move. A most attractive exhibit. RBD; 2 Waller’s Brykin Big Chief, a mature well made dog, pleasing to handle with his sturdy well ribbed body & strong short loin. Profuse harsh coat. Clean hocks & forelegs. Good bone & decent feet; 3 Wilkin’s Whizkees Onyx Sampson.
LD 1 Andrews’ Neradmik Help The Hero at Maldine, masculine with good head proportions, well set neat ears, dark almond eye, defined spectacles. Well balanced with good depth of brisket & well ribbed back. High set well carried. Sound fore & aft; 2 Miles, Cullen & Brown’s Rossvale’s Legacy for Lekkerbek, short coupled & pleasing in outline. Good head proportions, decent neck & shoulder. Nicely arched neck. Good bone. Well ribbed with good topline & tailset. Very good hind action; 3 Newman’s Leazehond Lightning Bolt.
OD 1 Harris’ Neradmik All About The Boy for Watchkees, shown in lovely coat that is a good texture & colour. Large ruff framed his pleasing head well. Flat skull, adequate stop, well shaped dark eyes. Good body & spring of rib with high set, well carried tail. Pleasing & typical on the move. BD; 2 Wilkin’s Ch Pommary Quick Silver at Whizzkees, masculine, well balanced head, good eye shape. Clearly defined spectacles. Good depth & breadth of chest, sturdy & well ribbed. Moved out well; 3 Hopkins’ Helkeesen Regal Surfer among Serenaubach.

Moved out fairly well; 2 Hill’s Plymkees Cool Dude, a lovely character, flat skull, good eye & clear spectacles. Good ribbing & high set well carried tail. Very typical profile action.

Nicely arched neck, decent forehand, good bone & feet. Well ribbed. Once settled moved out well & with a typical light action. Good coat texture.

Pleasing feminine head with dark almond shaped eye. Good depth of brisket & firm well ribbed body. Clean legs & hocks. High set, well carried tail. Good both out & back & in profile displays a light easy action; 2 Hickson’s Kichigai The Girl Is Mine, beautifully schooled & shown & presented to advantage. Attractive head & expression, good body for age with adequate depth of brisket. High set, curled tail. Good coat texture.
