What has happened to our lovely breed? When did the Standard change? Movement still needs to improve. Heads – there were some heavy muzzles, large round light eyes. Woolly hearth rugs lacking in markings & colour. Maybe it is because few breeders have had puppies to choose from.
PD (2,1a) 1 Wilkins’ Pommary Quick Silver, big boy, does not need to grow on. Nice balanced body, good reach of neck. Needs to tighten in movement.

LD (6,1) 1 Pattison’s Eastkees Licence To Love, nice upstanding dog, good head, length of neck, moved OK. Coat a bit in-between; 2 Hill’s Plymkees Star Class, a dog I liked very much, good head, neck & shoulders, colour & markings & harsh correct textured coat; 3 Rose’s Rossvale Sacred Spirit of Esokees.
OD (9) 1 Day’s Ch Allforus Dice Master for Spitzcav, worthy ch, lovely dog who was foursquare & showed well, correct head, good body, markings & bone, moved well. CC & BOB; 2 Hickson’s Ch Kichigai Great Pretender, a dog I have always liked, nice outline, every bit a dog, masculine head, strong body, good bone. Carrying a bit of weight. RCC; 3 Peck’s Vallindale Genusfour Byquy.
PB (3) 1 Gregory’s Amkirs Adorabubble, she is adorable, lovely shape & type, good colour & markings, great head & expression. Should not be long in gaining her crown. RCC; 2 Eggleston’s Martellkees Forget Me Not by Ricara, very promising puppy with a lot to like, nice head. Just needs to mature; 3 Matthews & Leadbetter’s Pommary Sophies Choice at Valindale.
JB (4,1) 1 A Adorabubble; 2 Pattison’s Eastkees Winter Mist, sweet bitch, nice shape, good head, correct reach of neck. Out of coat; 3 Ramsley’s Neradmik Gucci at Szaryk.
A lot in the next classes seemed rather unsettled. PGB (6,1) 1 Wilkins’ Whizzkees Silver Slipper, nice headed compact bitch, good bone, moved OK; 2 Read’s Ricara Kiss Me Kate at Valindale, very similar, just preferred head of 1; 3 Waller’s Brykin Bandora.
LB (4,2) 1 Truelove’s Neradmik Baiodora Lady D’Winter, nice bitch, good head & coat. Unsettled; 2 Hills’ Plymkees Limited Edition, good outline & coat. Would prefer more markings.
OB (7,1) Quality class. 1 Lindsey’s Ch Enreveyar Magic Star of Mezanda, a bitch I have judged before & still like, has a lot to offer the breed, good conformation, excellent fitting coat of correct colour, markings & texture, moved well. CC; 2 Sharpe-Bale’s Ch Lady Godivas Guilty Pleasures with Neradmik, good bitch, nicely balanced head, dark nice shaped eyes, dark well shaped ears, solid body, good bone, moved well; 3 Brewer’s Ch/Ir Ch Neradmik Rumour Has It.
