38 Breed Notes – Richmond 2024

At Darlington, the NoEKC’s Club Ch show will now start at 10.00am in Ring 21, Pavilion C. All exhibitors should now have received passes for dogs not entered for Darlington’s Ch show, if you still need passes; let me know and I’ll email you a copy.

At Richmond our judge was Caron Bell (Allforus) (who last judged us at SKC on 2022) and she had drawn an entry of 24 Keesies with 7 absentees. There were no entries in both the Special Beginners, Minor Puppy and Yearling classes, Puppy and Post Graduate Bitch and both the Veterans were absent. Keesies were second in the ring after 49 Tibetan Terriers; judging started just after 12.00pm and was over and done with by 1.30pm.

The DCC with Best of Breed went to Jane Ring’s Ch Neradmik Shine On Harvey Moon (Imp Can)((Ikon’s Shine In The Spotlight x Neradmik Norma Jean) with the RDCC going to Sharon and George Rose’s recently crowned Ch Dianakees Inspector Morse at Esorkees (Ch Rossvale Endeavour to Esorkees x Ednaaron Moondance) from Limit

BCC was Mark Redler & David Wheatley’s Ch Keitakees You Are My World (Ch Neradmik Family Affair with Lekkerbek x Byquy Kinky Boots at Keitakees) and it was a 1st RBCC for Tyra Church’s Tykees We Go Solo (Shelderon Stemmig Sage with Tykees x Leazehond Amber Steppes for Tykees)

Best Puppy was Joan Miles, daughter Sarah Dean and the Cullen’s Skyline’s Outlander at Lekkerbek (imp USA)(Am Ch Windrift’s Dirty Hairy x Am Ch Skyline’s Mine Eyes Have Seen);

Anji Marfleet
