43 Breed Notes – Midland C’ties 2024

At Midland Counties, our judge was ‘all-rounder’ Tom Mather awarding CC’s for the 3rd time (his last appointment was at Birmingham National in 2022) and he had drawn an entry of 22 dogs with 8 absentees. Keesies were second in the ring with a ‘not before time’ of 10.30am after 40 Japanese Spitz; judging started at 11.10am and was over and done with by 12.05pm. There were no entries in either of the Minor Puppy classes and the Post Graduate dog was absent as were all the entries in both Limit classes.

The DCC with Best of Breed went to Mel Harris’ Ch Amikirs Lover Boy for Watchkees (Ch Neradmik All About The Boy for Watchkees x Ch Amikirs Bubblelicious) Mel and Charlie then got Group 3 under Liz Cartledge. RDCC was , Jane Ring’s Ch Neradmik Shine On Harvey Moon (Imp Can)((Ikon’s Shine In The Spotlight x Neradmik Norma Jean)

The BCC went to Jane Ring’s Ch Neradmik Tantrums ‘N’ Tiaras (Ch Samkees With Love to Neradmik (Imp Mlt) x Ch Neradmik Grace Kelly (Imp Can)) with the RBCC going to the Post Graduate winner, Vikki and Sean’s Devonia’s Hakuna Matata (Serenaubach Lleuad Titan x Devonia Black Pearl) Best Puppy was Sue Pattison’s Eastkees Amber Moon (Quest’ Eastkees Del Monte Dragnone (Imp Ita) x Eastkees Purple Gem)

A reminder that entries for the NoEKC’s next shows, which are at Thorpe Willoughby Village Hall. YO8 9PA on Sunday 17th November and entries (which are on line only) close on Friday 1st November.
The show opens at 9.00am, with the Judging of the Open Show (judge Donna Whincup) first, starting at 9.30am followed by the Special Awards Classes (judge Charlotte Craig) and ending with the Ch show – judge Robin Searle.
Schedules for all 3 shows are available to download from Have A Dog Day. After entering you will receive a confirmation email from HADD listing all your entries. Please check that you have entered all the dogs you want in the correct show/s and class/es; as if you haven’t rec’d an email, then your entry hasn’t gone through!!
