THORPE WILLOUGHBY VILLAGE HALL, SELBY, YO8 9PA
Show opens at 12.00pm and Judging will start at 1.00pm
The closing date for all show entries is Monday 20th January 2020
The Club’s AGM will be held in the morning before the show, starting at 10.00am.
Well behaved and properly controlled dogs will be allowed in the Hall during the Meeting, provided that they are in place before the meeting starts. No dogs will be allowed to enter the Hall after the Chairman has opened the meeting. No exhibitors attending only the following Open Show will be allowed access to the Hall whilst the AGM is in progress.

Hot Bacon Butties etc will be available for those members attending the AGM and a selection of Home-made Hot and Cold Food, Sandwiches and Cakes will be available from the kitchen throughout the day.
Raffle prizes will be appreciated.
Subject to demand, a Puppy Walk and Junior Handling will be held during a brief interval between the judging of Dogs and Bitches.

Annual Subscriptions for Membership (£13 Joint, £9 Single, £5 Young Member) are due on 1st JANUARY 2020 and should be sent to the Treasurer, Anji Marfleet, to arrive by FRIDAY 10th JANUARY 2020. This is also the closing date for all claims for the Club’s Annual Trophies which should be sent to the Trophy Steward, Gill Brunt.
