SPECIAL BEGINNERS BITCH – NO ENTRIES
PD (1) 1. Gate’s Winklestar Alnair via Lacetrom. 9 months and needing to come up a little on the legs to balance him, good head shape and correct ears, brisk action which needs to firm up, will benefit from some more ring training as he needs to settle when being examined.
JD 2(0) 1. Rose’s Dianakees Inspectgor Morse at Esorkees. 15 months, comfortable winner here for size and balance, needs to settle on the move, good coat and markings, good headpiece. 2. Burnett’s Torrikees We Will Rock You. 15 months, bigger dog all round and a little heavy in build, sound rear action, head could be more refined, excellent coat texture and colour.
PGD 3(1) 1. Kerr’s Storm V Kees Uit De Polder’s (imp NLD). 3 year old of standard size and square build but coat texture and colour could be better, muzzle a touch short, brisk action. 2. Murray’s Flatmeer Fliegend. 3 year old, bigger dog with excellent texture to coat and colour, head and expression did not appeal, smart on the move.
LD 1(0) 1. Murray’s Flatmeer Flightberry. 5 year old who is a little long for balance, good coat colours and texture, balanced head and good eye, excellent rear action, toes in a little in front.
OD 4(1) 1. Rose’s Rossvale Endeavour to Esorkees. 5 year old scoring in coat texture and colour, square build, good rib and chest, good head, eyes could be smaller, at first insisted on pacing but settled to show his movement in the challenge, he threw away his chances by pacing again, RDCC. 2. Harris’ Ch. Kichigai Boy Is Back In Town for Watchkees JW. Brisk movement and excellent carriage on this 4 year old, needs more rib and chest, preferred the coat and colours and front action of winner. 3. Miles/Dean’s Ch. Neradmik Kiss Chase with Lekkerbek.
VD 3(1) 1. Miles/Cullen’s Ch. Rossvale’s Legacy for Lekkerbek. Lovely outline and balance and looks very well for 10 years old, full of quality, moved accurately and briskly, coat texture just a touch soft, BV. 2. Shepherd’s Kichigai Lord of The Dance ShCM. 10 year old with better coat texture but carrying too much body on the day and not moving with the briskness of winner, quality head, eyes a touch large.
SBD 1(0) 1. Shepherd’s Lyntova I Am Legend ShCM ShCEx. 7 year old of square build but carrying too much body, masculine head, wide set ears, coat a little soft, BSpB.
GCD 1(0) 1. Craig’s Flatmeer Florisel. 5 year old appealed for his square build, excellent coat texture, colour and markings, good head shape and almond shaped dark eyes, ears a little wide set on the move, he was sound and brisk and carried his top-line well and then appealed greatly, in the challenge his movement and carriage, scored over the open winner who insisted on pacing, DCC.
PB 2(1) 1. Gate’s Winklestar Alsephina via Lacetrom. Beautiful 9 month old puppy, fills the eye for size and squareness and balance and very typical in her brisk and clean stride, good tail, coat and colours, can just firm up a little in top-line on the move, just a hint of puppy softness, made the late 3 in the challenge and should have a good career, BP.
PGB 2(0) 1. Sharp-Bale’s Neradmik Shimmer N’ Shine. 18 months, epitomises head type in colour and coat, correct balance and feminine, wedge shaped head, brisk movement but needs to be taken faster, however I saw enough to satisfy me for BCC & BOB. 2. Palmer’s Shelderon Fizzy Bubbles. 2 year old, strongly made bitch who was not in her best coat and was a little soft in top-line, wedge shaped head marred by big ears, will look more balanced when in better coat.
LB 2(1) 1. Bell’s Allforus Game Set N’ Match (AI). 3 year old, top sized bitch who is a little long for perfect balance accentuated by being short of coat on the day, good tail, excellent movement, her large ears detract from her good head shape.
OB 3(0) Good class for depth of quality. 1. McKean’s Ch. Kichigai It Takes Two at Yawren. 4 year old appealed for her squareness and balance and brisk stride, good rear, can be firmer and front, good head proportions and excellent carriage, I preferred neck and colours of the younger PG bitch, RBCC. 2. Hickson’s Ch. Kichigai’s Uptown Girl JW. Feminine bitch of good colours, not in her best coat, liked her head and ears and was full of quality. 3. Gregory’s Ch. Amikirs Lovealicious JW. I will mention this bitch because although she was not in the firmest of shape on the day she had the best eye shape in the whole entry, almond shaped, set well and dark in colour.
VB 5(0) 1. McKean’s Ch. Kichigai This Girl Is Mine at Yawren. Loved her size, squareness and beautiful colour and texture of coat, feminine in head and expression, good rear, top-line and tail, good rear action, toes in a little in front, scored in top-line to win this class. 2. Kerr’s Caraspitz Good Luck Charm. 7 years old, I liked her profile and movement, head and expression, could be firmer in top-line. 3. Gregory’s Ch. Amikirs Bubblelicious JW.
GCB 1(0) 1. Johnston’s Caraspitz If I Could. 7 year old, reserve in the veteran class, sound moving bitch, a little heavy in body on the day and this showed in her top-line on the day.
