Thank you to the Committee for allowing me to judge my first set of CC’s at your Golden Anniversary show, and thank you to the exhibitors also. I had a small but quality entry. Extremely happy to see my BOB shortlisted in the group.
YD (1,0) 1st – Miles, Dean & Cullen – CH SKYLINE’S OUTLANDER AT LEKKERBEK – 20mths stunning boy. I have watched him since a puppy and today he is maturing nicely. Masculine head, correct eyes, small neat ears. All-important spectacles. Compact body, coat of correct texture and length with clear and defined markings. Excellent tail. Moved very well in the class, the best I’ve seen from him but reverted back to a puppy in the challenge which is a shame as he was in contention for the top honours.
LD (2,0) 1st – Gates – WINKLESTAR ALNAIR VIA LACETROM – My goodness he has come on since I last judged him. Loved his head, gorgeous expression. Correct ears, beautiful shape albeit he is on the smaller side but he is proportion. Excellent coat and colour. Moved with drive and purpose. He was unfortunate to be up against the others, but his time will come. 2nd – Kerr – ABEL V KEES UIT DE POLDERS (IMP NED) – Nice male, excellent head, eyes and ears. Nicely bodied, coat of correct colour, although he left a lot of it at home. Moved ok but tended to be a bit wide in front coming towards.
OD (1,0) 1st – Brunts – CH DIVNYI DRUG DAR – Another good example of the breed. Well deserved Champion. All male, excellent head and ears, definite spectacles. Excellent body and shape. Coat of correct colour and markings albeit a bit profuse for me. Moved really well, he could go all day. RCC.
VD (2,0) 1st – Hickson – CH KICHIGAI ONLY THE LONLEY – Just WOW, 10 years going on 3. He never stopped showing. Total professional. Stunning male head with the clearest spectacles. Beautiful expression. Excellent body, well sprung rib, excellent topline. Fantastic coat in the best condition for age. Could not deny him the CC, also BV. 2nd – Hopkins – CH/INT/BEL/IR/NL QUASARS BRILLIANT LIGHT VIA HET EARLSCAMP SERENAUBACH – Another quality Champion. Excellent type, handsome head with correct ears and spectacles. Another with a beautiful coat. Very well presented. Just not as positive on the move as I’ve seen him before.

PB (1,0) 1st – Bells – ALLFORUS MIRACLE OF LOVE – She is full of attitude this one. Beautiful puppy, sweet feminine head. Correct eyes and ears with clear spectacles. Nicely bodied for age, coat of correct texture with well-defined markings and colour. Moved well when settled. BP.
GB (1,0) 1st – Parkers – PEDDIEPIES HEIDI FARA – A new one on me, very attractive feminine lady. Pretty head. Nicely proportioned, excellent coat though the colour is correct just a little on the lighter side. Moved really well. Only thing for me is the feet could have been trimmed.
LB (2,0) 1st – Queen – SERENAUBACH FULL OF MYSTERY – Quite appealing lady that captured my eye as she came into the ring. Pretty head, another with a sweet expression. Coat of darker colour with correct markings. Moved ok but needs to lose a few pounds and was certainly talkative. 2nd – Brunt – GOLDGIN CHANEL – Just a little bit bigger than the first, slightly out of coat but of correct colour and markings. Head ok, eyes and ears of correct shape. Moved ok, but have seen her move better.
OB (4,1) 1st – Gates – CH WINKLESTAR ALSEPHINA VIA LACETROM JW – Just WOW. She walked in the ring like she owned it. Just knew she was my winner. I judged her as a pup and gave her a group. She has matured into an exquisite young lady and a well deserved Champion. Beautiful head with such a sweet expression, excellent eyes with spectacles, correct ears, fabulous coat, presented well. Excellent colour and markings, moved with confidence and grace round the ring. I just could not deny her the CC & BOB. So, pleased to see her get shortlisted in the group. 2nd – McKeans – CH KICHIGAI IT TAKES TWO AT YAWREN – Another fabulous bitch. And yet another that captures your attention. Beautiful head and expression. Excellent shape with a fabulous coat of correct colour. Moved really well. A favourite of mine. It was a hard decision between these two. RCC. 3rd – Hopkins – SERENAUBACH ANDROMEDA.
