I would like to thank the officers and committee for inviting me to judge at this prestigious show, it is always a great honour to judge a breed at this level. I must to thank my efficient steward who kept my ring running smoothly and also great thanks to all who entered under me I really do appreciate the support this breed has shown towards me. All my exhibitors were turned out immaculately and all took my decisions very gracefully and you all demonstrated great sportsmanship to your fellow competitors which I found heartwarming.
I was thrilled at the quality of exhibits whom gained top honours under me today.
My principal winners were
BCC & BOB Mrs V & Mr S Marshall Devonia Black Pearl Compact bitch in good coat with a super foxy head, which was well proportioned. She has dark almond eyes with well-defined spectacles, a breed must. Small erect ears set well and used to full advantage. I liked her overall balance and the outline she generated. Not over done or exaggerated in any way at all. Her movement was sound both out and back due to her well-constructed frame. She stands well on all four legs, has substantial bone and good tight feet. She put on a sterling performance considering the heat of the day.
DCC winner and BOS Miss J Saunders Liefkees Amore I do believe that this was his 3rd CC and crown which I was thrilled to hear. A lot to like about this young dog, Compact and balanced all through. He sports a fabulous coat with good ruff around his neck and correct feathering to forelegs, super tail with correct black tip. He has a beautiful wedge-shaped head with a definite stop and dark muzzle, correct dentition. Ivy shaped ears used to full advantage. Strength and correct muscle tone to a well angulated rear, giving him the tools to demonstrate his brisk sharp movement
Best Puppy In Breed & RDCC & Utility Puppy Group 2 Mrs M & Mrs J Harris & Sharpe-Bale Neradmik Shooting Star. An appropriate name for this young man. My thoughts on him entering my ring were WOW. He did not disappoint neither. He was short and compact, had ring presence at such a young age. I loved his style when moving he was crisp and clean with every step. Standing well on all four legs, he has substantial bone with good cat feet, a well-muscled rear and straight hocks with his profuse trousers. Correct depth of chest which can only get better as he matures. Straight forelegs with elbows close to chest which were well feathered. Foxy head with definite stop, dark muzzle and correct dentition, almond dark eye with breed spectacles. A profuse coat with a good ruff. He will be a force to recon with as he matures, he pushed hard for the CC
RBCC Mrs C Bell Allforus Miracle of Love. A style of bitch I really did like, loved her compact body shape and ratios. She has super movement and is not overdone in any way. Feminine all through, she has a wonderful balanced head with pronounced stop, dark almond eye and breed spectacles. Ivy shaped small ears which she uses to full advantage. She stands four square and generates a wonderful outline, and is balanced all through. In good coat with good ruff and feathers to forelegs, correct tail with a super black tip. A lot to like. Her handler just needs to get a little more out of her, she lost out on the CC by not concentrating at the end.
Best Veteran in breed Mr C & Miss N L Hickson Ch Kichigai’s Only the Lonely VW ShCEx What a fabulous ambassador for this super breed this quality male is. He is in fantastic condition for his many years and is a natural show man. He has the best head with his dark almond eyes, correct head ratios and prominent stop. He uses his small ivy shaped ears so well. I must applaud his owner on this males’ teeth, they were sparkling clean. Compact all through he generates a wonderful outline. Standing firm on all four legs, He has super cat feet, a coat with correct ruff, and feathering. High set tail in harmony with his head giving him the balance. Still so very sound out and back and on the go around. A true credit to the longevity of this breed.
Veteran Dog 1ST 4920 – Ch Kichigai’s Only The Lonley VW ShCEx (Mr C & Miss N L Hickson) 2ND 4925 – Arabesque at Devonia (Imp Rus) ShCEx (Mrs V & Mr S Marshall) Quality male in good coat. A little longer in body than my winner but a lot to like. He has a wonderful foxy head, dark muzzle correct dentition and small ears. Oval dark eye with good breed markings. Straight forelegs sat on neat feet with correct feathering. Good depth of brisket, strength to loin with a high set and well feathered tail with black tip. Strength and muscular rear. Tracks up well out and back.

Puppy Dog 1ST 4919 – Neradmik Shooting Star (Mrs M & Mrs J Harris & Sharp-Bale)
Junior Dog 1ST 4921 – Bargeway Dark Knight at Plymkees (Mr A & Mrs S Hill) A smart young male. I particularly liked his head and expression, well balanced with good head ratios. Dark in muzzle with correct dentition. Small ears and dark almond eyes. Short neck. Cat feet, short in loin, with a high set tail he sported a profuse coat.
Post Graduate Dog 1ST 4930 – Mama’s Plushy Devils Czar Stepu for Andemavis (Imp Ukr) (Miss A Predmiestina) A stylish young male handled so well as to get the best out of him. In good coat and very fit for function, he has a masculine head and expression, small ears used to advantage, Tail set high and carried well over his back, it is well feathered and sports a good black tip. He stands a little over stretched which makes him look longer than he is, it also spoils his feet. He has enough bone and substance. Tends to crab a little on the out and back. I would also prefer less pencilling on his hocks. 2ND 4932 – Amikirs Uncle Fester with Esorkees (Mr G R & Mrs S Rose) A heavily coated small compact boy, who unfortunately was very hard to assess movement wise today as he is a bit of a handful, He has a super head and expression, dark almond eye with good eye decoration, small ivy ears and a nice head ratio with a prominent stop. Muscular neck in to a nice lay of shoulders. Ribbed well back to a muscular rear. I’m sure once he matures and starts to listen, he will top his class
Limit Dog1ST 4915 – Voila Mon Vadim Damour for Tykees (Imp Fra) (Miss T A Church) A very smart young male sporting many breed qualities. He has a masculine head and expression, small well placed and used ears, dark almond eye with good spectacles, moderate length to neck, into good shoulder placement. He is well ribbed back, has strength to loin leading to a well angulated and muscled rear, he moves out well both out and back and demonstrates a clean brisk stride, I would like a little more bone on this male just to finish the picture

I liked his head and expression, he has a fabulous coat, balanced all through. Honest out and back and generates a clean stride on the go around
Veteran Bitch 1ST 4917 – Ch Amikirs Bubblelicious JW (Ms D C Gregory) Wow this lady is still full of showing at the amazing age of 13 years and 4 months. She has a generous coat which is in super condition, she was full of verve, never stopped showing. Her qualities as a Champion still shine through and she can still stride out well demonstrating correct brisk free movement, tracking up well and maintaining parallel hocks. Her teeth were sparkling clean. A true credit to her owner. 2ND 4934 – Liefkees Adina (Miss J Saunders) A very smart lady of 9 years, she is the dam to my DCC winner, short and compact in body with a beautiful head. She has a wonderful coat, which is strong in colour. Stands well on all four legs with neat feet. Balanced all through. Just moved a little close behind today, but this could have been due to the heat of the day.
Puppy Bitch 1ST 4911 – Neradmik A New Dawn at Skathki (Miss C Bardsley) Best Puppy Bitch. The litter sister to my RDCC winner & Best Puppy in Breed. I am sure these two will change places on a regular basis. Full of breed qualities from head to toe. Wonderful head study with a dark almond eye. Correct spectacles, good head ratios with a complete scissor bite. Prominent stop and small ivy ears used to full advantage. She stands well on all four legs. I loved how compact and balanced she is. True out and back with straight parallel hocks demonstrating her brisk efficient stride. Handled beautifully. One to watch. 2ND 4910 – Watermyth Gota Lota Sass (Mrs L & Mr S Axford & Sherwood) This bitch generates a lovely outline when standing, balanced all through. She has good breed qualities and stands well. Feminine in head and expression, lovely dark muzzle with a dark almond eye and correct spectacles. Neat ears which she used well. I would like her to have a little more bone. Not quite the mover like my class winner.
Junior Bitch 1ST 4928 – Torrikees You Wear It Well (Mr I & Mrs A Passmore) This 17month old bitch has a wonderful head piece with all breed qualities, Strength all through, stands well on all four legs with neat cat feet. Balanced and in excellent coat and condition. Moved out well. 2ND 4924 – Watermyth Gota Lota Glamour in Mezanda (Mrs S E Lindsay) 9-month-old puppy who generates a lovely outline on the stand. Has a full coat of good colour, pleasing head and expression with neat ears. Fair length to neck. Stands well on all four legs, with good cat feet. Tail profuse and set high over her back. A little close both out and back.
Post Graduate Bitch 1ST 4918 – Amikirs Karrie (Ms D C Gregory) 18-month-old quality bitch, strong colour to coat which was full. Feminine in head and expression. She is well put together and stands square on her well feathered legs sat on neat cat feet. She has good bone and substance but is not over done in any way and on the move comes alive with her efficient brisk stride. A lot to like, maturing nicely.
Limit Bitch 1ST 4912 – Allforus Miracle of Love (Mrs C Bell) As above. 2ND 4914 – Tykees We Go Solo (Miss T A Church) The best schooled Keeshond of the day, she is so attentive to her owner who handles her beautifully enabling to demonstrate all her breed qualities. Today I just preferred the overall balance and shape of my class winner. A credit to her handler.3RD 4929 – Mama’s Plushy Devils Boss of Me for Andemavis (Imp Ukr) (Miss A Predmiestina)
Open Bitch. 1ST 4926 – Devonia Black Pearl (Mrs V & Mr S Marshall) As above 2ND 4936 – Ch Bargeway Crystal Clear (Mrs V Tew) A very honest 2-year-old feminine bitch with many breed qualities. Pretty head and expression, dark almond eye, neat well-placed ears used to full advantage. She is balanced all through, ribbed well back, with a deep brisket and strong loin. Muscular rear with good straight hocks. A sound mover, just preferred the outline of my class winner today.
