It was nice to be back with the ‘Kees’ again but I must say I was shocked at the poor handling, so many of the exhibits would not stand for the judge.
VD 3(1) 1. Hickson’s Ch. Kichigai’s Only The Lonley. Looking so good for his 9½ years, lovely head and ears, lovely coat and colour, very sound and very showy, beautifully turned out, BV. 2. Miles/Cullen’s Ch. Rossvale’s Legacy for Lekkerbek. This 11 year old is of lovely type but I felt really showing his age now, well bodied but movement not as accurate as it was.
PD 1(0) 1. Miles/Dean/Cullen’s Skyline’s Outlander at Lekkerbek (imp USA). This gorgeous puppy was really naughty for his handler both standing and on the move, a dog of this quality needs some serious training, super head and lovely dark eye, so well balanced in shape and outline, super coat in colour and texture, just needs to grow up, BP.
JD 3(1) 1. Truelove/Comperat’s Bargeway Boomerang. Quality dog in beautiful coat and condition, admired his head, eye, ears and markings, lovely colour too, very well made, good to go over and decent mover, BJ. 2. Johnston/Atkinson’s Winklestar Namid. Smaller dog again with a typy head and a very good coat, touch long in the couplings, decent mover.
PGD 2(0) 1. Axford/Sherwood’s Watermyth Jewel of The Nest. Liked him for size, decent head but would like smaller ears, very good neck and outline, lovely coat and colour, good mover. 2. Gate’s Winklestar Alnair via Lacetrom. Smaller dark dog, pleasing in head but ears could be a touch higher, very good coat, very good tail set, movement not so good.
LD 5(0) 1. Rose’s Dianakeees Inspector Morse at Esorkees. Lovely dog in full mature coat of beautiful colour and texture, liked his head and expression, good ears and markings, super balance to his outline, moved very well on good legs and feet, won DCC, his 3rd I was told, well done. 2. Downs’ Liefkees Assisi JW. Very typy dog, not in full coat today but it is a lovely colour, liked his size and shape very much and he too was a good mover. 3. Burnett’s Torrikees We Will Rock You.
OD 8(3) 1. Ring’s Neradmik Shine On Harvey Moon. Quality dog in full mature coat of lovely colour and texture, liked his head and ears very much, good neck, lovely body and good to go over, well balanced outline, uses himself very well going round, just lost a touch of co-ordination coming and going but not unsound, well deserved, RDCC. 2. Brunt’s Ch. Divnyi Drug Dar (imp RUS). Lovely shape with a good neck, super coat and colour, lovely eye and alert expression, ears could be that bit smaller, super tail and a good mover. 3. Matthews/Lee’s Ch. Winklestar Deneb at Valindale.

VB 2(0) 1. Passmore’s Ch. Torrikees Victoria’s Secret. 12 years, short backed, big ribbed girl, pretty head, lovely coat and condition and still a very good mover on strong feet. 2. Gregory’s Ch. Amikirs Bubblelicious JW. This 11½ year old is a size larger, good show girl and good coat and colour, feet could be tighter and ears a touch smaller, too long in body to be square but she is a good mover.
PB 3(0) All 3 need serious ring training. 1. Brunt’s Zandvoort Moonlight. Quality puppy shown in lovely coat and condition, very good colour, liked her head, eye, ears and markings very much, good neck and overall shape, sound and active once she got going. 2. Pattison’s Eastkees Amber Moon. Very good show girl, typy head but smaller ears would enhance, very good neck and outline, very goo detail set, decent mover. 3. Henson/Dearman’s Zandvoort Eternal Flame for Pyrekees.
JB 6(4) 1. Marshall’s Devonia’s Hakuna Matata JW. This girl is up to size but still very feminine, lovely for type with a quality headpiece, she is short and compact and so well balanced with a beautiful coat, decent on the move. 2. Gregory’s Amikirs Pritti. Pleasing head and ears on this one and she is a lovely colour, good front and feet, bit too long in couplings, decent mover.
LB 6(2) 1. Hopkins’ Serenaubach Andromeda. This exhibit was outstanding today for coat, condition, presentation and handling, an object lesson to all, she is so feminine with a very pretty head, ears and expression, short backed, big ribbed and so good to go over, beautifully balanced and stands on lovely legs and feet, moved accurately and soundly, BCC & BOB. 2. Gate’s Winklestar Alsephina via Lacetrom JW. Another quality girl, lovely head on reachy neck, very good coat and colour, lovely outline on the stack and showed all the time, again she is so well balanced and a sound mover, RBCC. 3. Church’s Tykees It’s Just A Phase.
OB 4(2) 1. Ring’s Ch. Neradmik Tantrums N Tiaras. Beautiful head, eye, ears and expression on this girl, outstanding colour too, shown in full coat and lovely condition, loved her outline and she is a good mover, would just prefer a touch more leg. 2. Redler/Wheatley’s Ch. Keitakees You Are My World. Very pretty head but eyes are a little full, lovely coat, colour and condition, very good for shape and outline, decent mover too.
