I would like to thank the Birmingham Committee who were so welcoming, my very efficient stewards and the exhibitors. I was delighted with my main winners.
Minor Puppy Dog (1 entry)
1 Woods’ Neradmik French By Design at Weglaufen Still very much a baby but compact body, with fitted coat of deep colour. A little reluctant to show to full advantage. Moved okay when settled.

Puppy Dog (2 entries)
1 Blomfield’s Valindale What Ever Quite mature puppy in very good coat of lovely colour. Needs to steady on the move as appeared a little close behind today.
2 Morgan’s Baiodora Brief Encounter This puppy presented a lovely outline shape and had good neck and shoulder and masculine head, though was not too keen to show his ears for his patient handler. Coat of correct texture and lovely rich colour. Good tail set. Moved well.

Junior Dog (1 entry)
1 Taylor’s Reesburg Ringleader Good sized dog in coat of good depth of colour and correct texture. Masculine head. Not co-operating fully with his hander but moved well once settled.

Post Graduate Dog (5 entries)
1 Divers’ Allforus Roll of the Dice at Murmansk Lovely dog of correct size and presenting a superb outline. Gorgeous head and expression just melted my heart. Defined facial markings, lovely eye and small, well set ears. Excellent construction throughout. Firm body, short-coupled and with good length of neck and high-set tail. Moved well. Plenty of coat of correct texture and good colour contrast and groomed to perfection. Showed with real verve and animation. He is one I would love to own – just my type of dog. Dog CC and Best of Breed
2 Cusick’s Leazehond Raffles Dream Another short-coupled well-balanced dog with an attractive wedge-shaped head and pleasing expression. Nice overall shape and in good coat. High-set, well-plumed tail. Moved well. Reserve CC
3 Brewer’s Helkeesen Adam

Limit Dog (5 entries; 1 absent)
1 Day’s Allforus Dicemaster for Spitzcav JW Attractive dog in excellent condition and correct harsh coat of beautiful clear, rich colour. Moved well. Masculine head with good facial markings, well-set ears and dark almond-shaped eye. Groomed to perfection and excellent presentation.
2 Bennett’s Thorsdale Trade Mark A dog I have liked since a youngster and he is just coming into his own. Attractive wedge-shaped head, substantial body and good bone. Moved briskly. Well handled. Coming back into coat nicely – just needs more definition of colour, which will come with the coat.
3 Peck’s Valindale Fixed Assets for Byquy

Open Dog (5 entries; 2 absent)
1 Hickson’s Kichigai Great Pretender JW ShCM Masculine well-balanced dog with substantial body and good depth of rib. Wedge-shaped head. Plenty of coat. Good construction all round. Moved very well.
2 Bell’s Ffyniant Sugardaddy Allforus ShCM Coat of good quality and colour but just lacking some trousers today, which detracted from his overall outline. Good tail set and length of neck. I loved his head and expression with dark, well-shaped eyes. Well presented and eager to please his handler. Moved very well. A lovely dog, maturing well.
3 Snowball’s Rossvale Latin Spirit

Minor Puppy Bitch (0 entries)

Puppy Bitch (3 entries)
1 White’s Allforus Ice Princess Morvania Very pretty puppy with good reach of neck and high-set, profusely plumed tail. Gorgeous head and expression with lovely dark obliquely-set eye. Outstanding coat colour. Moved and showed very well. Well presented. Best Puppy
2 Jaines’ Allforus Born for Ice Litter sister to 1 above and many of the same comments apply. Outstandingly pretty head with good eye. Moved well. Well presented and sympathetically handled.
3 Austin’s Valindale Darling Girl for Chotahkees

Junior Bitch (5 entries; 2 absent)
1 Stubbings’ Vandersee Autumnal Mist This pretty young lady was eager to please her handler. Nicely marked coat. Stood four-square and showed with animation. Moved well.
2 Thomas’s Torrikees Roxanne of Saraveta Well-proportioned body with excellent bone and feet. Attractive head. Good colour and contrast to coat. A little bit of a handful today on the move.
3 Henman’s Eastkees Dare to Dream of Foxifayre

Post Graduate Bitch (6 entries)
1 Davies’ Neradmik Bewitched with Kyross Well-balanced substantial bitch with plenty of coat. Excellent bone. Good reach of neck. Moved well.
2 Newman’s Leazehond Maddy Moonlight Larger bitch but in proportion with feminine head and expression. In good coat and condition. Moved very well.
3 Truelove and Sharp-Bale’s Neradmik Baiodora Lady D’Winter

Limit Bitch (2 entries)
1 Bell’s Allforus Tumbling Dice This bitch is put together very well and fills the eye. Lovely head and expression with dark, oblique eye and well-placed ears. Superb reach of neck going into good lay of shoulder. Good depth of chest and spring of rib. Sharp, brisk movement on a loose lead was a pleasure to see. Beautifully groomed coat of correct texture and superb clear colour with rich black contrast. Full of character, she showed well, planting her feet firmly foursquare and saying ‘Just look at me’. Bitch CC
2 Stubbing’s Norkees Special Edition at Vandersee One I liked as a puppy and she still appeals. Pretty head and expression high tail set and excellent coat of good texture and colour. So well-balanced. Correct brisk movement.

Open Bitch (6 entries)
1 Sharp-Bale’s Sturtmoor Crazy for Neradmik A lovely bitch, well presented. She excels in body shape and soundness. Good bone and substance. Typey head and expression. Moved very well. Reserve CC
2 Truelove’s Desanti Chinese Whispers over Neradmik Feminine bitch, I think looking the best I have ever seen her. In very good coat but a little paler than 1. Moved well. Very attentive to her owner and very well presented.
3 Gregory’s Neradmik J’Adore Amikirs
