A privilege to assess your breed at this prestigious show. Overall impressions were favourable, it’s easy to knit pick however I did have a few concerns. A percentage were rather low to ground although generally movement was sound. Too many had largish round eye and larger than ideal ears. Lack of neck due to upright shoulder placement spoiled the outline and desired front action in a few.
Most were well ribbed up, in good condition and sporting the desired stand away harsh coat with characteristic markings. Temperaments were superb as was sportsmanship for which I thank you.
I appreciated my two stewards who kept the ring running with clockwork precision.

VD 2. 1st. Miles, Cullen & Brown, Ch Rossvales Legacy For Lekkerbek. 9 years with a lovely outline, clean wedge head with desired attributes. Shoulders well placed with hindquarters to compliment producing sound movement. Decent coat and condition. 2nd. Rogers, multi Ch Keez Krause For Koncern. 11 year compact masculine lad in superb condition. Just preferred tighter tail of winner. Credit to his owners.
PD 2 (1) Peck, Keitakees To Love Somebody At Byquy. Well developed and balanced for age. Rather a handful today but moved soundly when focused on the task in hand. Wedge head developing well with dark almond eye, defined stop and flat skull. Reach to neck. Straight limbs into tidy cat feet. Coat coming. BP.
JD 2. 1st. Harris, Amikirs Lover Boy For Watchkees. Appreciated his quality and breed type, hope he grows on a little yet. On his toes he carries a correctly proportioned head with attributes to enhance. Gently arched neck into well appointed shoulders. Well sprung rib cage with decent topline and high set tightly curled tail. Sound brisk action. 2nd. Tew, Torrikees Purple Rein. Masculine and typical with head to suit and well defined markings. Just favoured front action of winner. Quality coat and presentation.
PG 2 1st. Watkins, Eerondaali Orlando. Compact outline. Balanced head with defined stop, flat skull and reasonable ears. Strong bone into tidy feet. Correct topline and tail, useful hindquarters. 2nd. Church, Shelderon Stemmig Sage With Tykees. Correct for type just marginally preferred head of winner. Depth to brisket and shape to rib cage. Curled tail set high. Shape to hindquarters. Coat of good texture.
LD 3 1st. Brunt, Divnyi Drug Dar. Best of heads, clean wedge shape, well placed dark almond eye, flat skull with small ears placed just right. Reach to neck into clean shoulders, strong bone into tidy feet. Pleasing topline and tail. Moved briskly just a tad close behind. Quality coat and presentation. RDCC. 2nd. Fitches, Samoykees Harbour Lights. Well up to winner being balanced, masculine and on form. I just preferred finer eye of 1st. Clean neck into well placed shoulders supported on sound limbs. Well ribbed body with suitable substance. Harsh coat. 3rd. Marshall, Arabesque At Devonian.
OD 7 1st. Menicori, Ita Ch Carpe Diem Della Ginevrina. Masculine with class. Loved his outline and carriage. Head well laid out. Expressive dark almond shaped eye, muzzle of correct length, defined stop, flat skull and well set small ear. Reach to gently arched neck into sound front assembly, strong straight bone into well padded tidy feet. Depth to brisket with shapely rib cage, topline and tail set to suit, well muscled hindquarters. Would prefer harsher texture to immaculately presented coat. Excellent movement and deportment. DCC BOB. 2nd. Miles & Dean, Ch Neradmik Kiss Chase With Lekkerbek. Very worthy masculine lad with decent head and expression. Well ribbed body with correct substance and muscular hindquarters. Good bone and feet. Moved soundly. 3rd. Grasa, Fr Ch Rakhan Ronin Du Roussillon.
GCDSD. 1. Hickson, Ch Kichigai’s Only The Lonely. Excellent type and breed virtues. Lovely outline, compact with ample bone and correct substance. Shapley rib cage with topline to suit. Would prefer a tighter curl to high set tail. Moved briskly and soundly. Quality coat and presentation.

VB 8 (1) 1st. Brunt, Ch Vanstrand Quantum Of Solace. 9 1/2 years feminine with a touch of class. Balanced wedge shaped head, attractive eye, would prefer a smaller ear. Reach to neck and firm well placed shoulder into strong limbs. Body with shape, correct substance and hindquarters to compliment forehand. Quality coat and presentation. BV. 2nd. Hattersley, Torrikees Sea Breeze. 8 1/2 of excellent breed type. Balanced head with attractive dark almond eye. Gently arched neck, depth to brisket, reasonable tail. Body of substance and well muscled. Moved soundly with purpose. 3rd. Gregory, Ch Amikirs Bubblelicious JW.
PB 3 1st. Lush, Dianakees Carolina Moon. 11 months, excelled for breed type and very honest although a tad wide in front. Appealing head and eye carried on clean neck and front assembly. Shapely rib cage, level back and hindquarters to compliment fore. 2nd. Watkins, Silmoralbion Nora Batty. Very feminine, loved her. Presented a classic outline but at the moment a little narrow in front and rear when in action. Her construction implies all will be fine. Just needs time. Quality coat coming which was well presented. 3rd. Ring, Neradmik Tantrums N Tiaras.
JB. 5 1st. Tew, Art Pride Bomb Explosive Beauty. Balanced lady with class that I considered quite outstanding. Well grown and developed she has good leg length. Compact with a quality head piece carried with style on a crested neck. Well Constructed in all departments with body of substance and purposeful hindquarters. Her sound action was a joy. BCC. 2nd. Lindsay, Watermyth Cassiopeia By Mezanda. Pretty and feminine, compact in outline with clean well proportioned wedge shaped head. Defined stop, dark eye and reach to neck. Well appointed forehand, deep brisket and muscular hindquarters. Moved soundly. 3rd. Matthews & Lee, Winklestar Aurora At Valindale.
PGB 4 1st. Church, Tykees It’s Just A Phase. Shapely and balanced with clean head, enough stop, attractive dark eye, flat skull, ears a tad large. Clean neck and front assembly, bone and feet. Well ribbed and back with topline and hindquarters to suit. Harsh coat. 2nd. Hopkins, Serenaubach Auroras Dance. Very pretty and of similar stamp. Very well constructed. Just preferred coat of winner. 3rd. Queen, Serenaubach Full Of Mystery At Martellkees.
LB 1. Mckean, Kichigal It Takes Two. Stood alone but very honest and worthy. Projected a typical outline. Attractive dark almond eye. Defined stop and flat skull. Compact and well ribbed. Well presented harsh coat with clear definition.
OB 8 (1) 1st. Rogers, Multi Ch Cedarhills-Shamrock Foreign Exchange At Keez. Ultra feminine and cute without weakness. Lovely head and outlook. Reach to arched neck into well placed shoulders. Compact with body of substance and purposeful hindquarters. Typical sound action. Quality coat superbly presented. RBCC. 2nd. Lindsay, Ch Cosmic Dream’s Damn You Look Good For Mezanda. Very typical and worthy projecting a balanced outline which is confirmed by hands on. Dark well shaped eye, defined stop and flat skull, reach to neck into well laid shoulders, good bone and feet. Depth to brisket with well sprung ribs and width through, muscular hindquarters, sound movement with good deportment. Shown in good condition. 3rd. Hickson, Kichigal’s Uptown Girl JW.
GCDSB 1. Mckean, Kichigal This Girl is Mine At Yawren. Impressive 6 years with attractive head and gently arched neck. Compact profile, clean forehand and rear assembly. Well ribbed body carrying correct substance. Harsh coat with defined markings was well presented. Moved briskly with purpose.
