Thank you to all the exhibits who braved the heat to show their dogs under me unfortunately the heat did affect some exhibits.
Post Graduate – Dog. Entries: 3 Absentees: 0 1st Bert Von Ricara (Mr R & Mrs B Eggleston) Short square dog with a coat of clear silver black colour, dog of good size with straight front, would prefer more rear angulation level top line and well set tail. Moved well front and rear RBD. 2nd Byquy Because You Can ( Mrs A G Reed) Well-presented dog, with a silver black coat with clear facial definition, good front and shoulder placement but slightly close on the move in rear slightly longer in loin than 1. 3rd Whizzkees Onyx Sampson (Mrs C & Mr R Wilkin)
Limit – Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 1 1st Luddelos Figaro With Valindale (Imp) (Messrs D & M & Mrs L Matthews) My Surprise package, Square dog with a super crisp coat of contrasting colour, dark eye well set ears, moderate neck leading to correct shoulders and straight front. Level topline at all times leading to a well well set tail on a good rear assembly. Moved well on a loose lead Pleased to award him BOB and see him shortlisted in the group. 2nd Zandvoort Dream Stone (Miss A Bennett) Short square boy with good coat of harsh texture good tail well set on a good back end. Pleasing head with good ear placement, would prefer better bite. 3rd Pommary Ruff N’ Ready At Valindale (Messrs D & M & Mrs L Matthews)
Open – Dog Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st Ch Pommary Quick Silver At Whizzkees (Mrs C & Mr R Wilkin) Well known dog of substance unfortunately just bowing his coat and this detracts from his outline however what he had was of good colour and harsh texture. Well-made front with moderate neck. Good head piece with desired breed points not moving as well as I have seen him in the past may have been affected by the heat.

Puppy – Bitch Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st Eastkees Daisy’s Mayhem (Mrs S Pattison) 8 month old bitch with a pretty expression, good ear set and dark eye. Beautiful coat coming with clear colour, Well plumed tail set high on a level back, made soundly front and back movement was hard to asses in class as she was reluctant to move due to heat.
Junior – Bitch Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st Byquy Willma ( Mrs A G Reed) Sound bitch on the move with a good coat of clear colour and required markings. Well- made front with good bone and feet. Neat ears set well, dark eye and good dentition. Moved soundly RBB.
Limit – Bitch Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 1st Martellkees Forget Me Not By Ricara (Mr R & Mrs B Eggleston) Bitch of beautiful coat colour with dark and light contrast, good front with moderate neck set on correct angled shoulders, level short back leading to strong rear. Well set high tail moved very well never stopped showing the whole time – pleased to award her BB. 2nd Ricara Evita Of Kasmay (Mrs B King) Longer bitch with good coat of dark colour, darker in head than I prefer but had the required breed spectacles, straighter in stifle than one and not so positive on the move.
Open – Bitch Entries: 2 Absentees: 1st Luddelos Frost Bite With Byquy (Imp Swe) ( Mr D Peck) Pretty bitch but would like a darker muzzle and eye, Well presented coat of good texture and colour. Good front and rear, moved well. 2nd Ch Whizzkees Silver Slipper (Mrs C & Mr R Wilkin) Another pretty bitch with small ears and dark eye but unfortunately out of coat, finer in bone. Moved well once settled
