I would firstly like to thank the Officers and Committee for inviting me back to judge at this show. It was an honour judge my beloved breed. Secondly my thanks to the exhibitors for entering their lovely dogs under me and giving me the privilege to go over them. Special thanks to my to stewards who were brilliant to work with. My thoughts on the breed are that we are most certainly heading in the right direction, most of the dogs exhibited were a credit to their owners.
M.P.D 1. Marfleets’s Flatmeer Flaithri 8 months. His head handled well with a good muzzle. Good bone for his age. Neat tight feet. Well set tail. Lovely colour.
P.D. 1. Bardsley & Baker’s Skathki King of the Forrest, 10 months not a big boy but so much to like about him. Lovely head, well laid shoulders. Tail well curled. Lovely colour. Good mover.
J.D. 2 1. Bardsley’s Skathki Just Got Wicked. Well this boy was my absolute shock of the day, if anyone had told me I would give the ticket to a puppy I would have laughed at them, but today this boy filled my eye. He is just what I was looking for, at 10 months he is a fine upstanding male of real quality. His head is exquisite good neck into well laid shoulders, good spring of rib. Lovely tail set. Excellent colour. Well off for bone. Moved well around the ring. Presented to perfection. Thrilled to award C.C. & later B.O.B. 2. Lush’s Ednaaron Moonlight. Have admired this boy from ringside, but today he had left his best jacket at home. Lovely head and eye, good spring of rib. Well set tail.
P.G. 3 1. Harris’ Neradmik Cary Grant for Watchkees (imp Can) not a big boy but so balanced. Well boned and lovely colour. Well sprung ribs. Good tail set. Moved well around the ring. Well presented. Pleased to award R.C.C. 2. Shepherd’s Lyntova I am Legend (IKC) SHCM another I have admired from ringside and not disappointed when going over him. Lovely head and eye giving a melting expression. Good bone. Just coming back into coat pushed first hard but lost out on colour, would have liked more definition but I am sure this will come with his new jacket. 3. Church’s Shelderon Stemmig Sage
L.D. 4 (1) 1. Lindsey’s Mezanda Merry Starshower a good honest keeshond. Lovely overall shape, Good head and eye. Superb tail. Good spring of rib. Well boned. Good mover. 2. Fusco’s Amikirs Lord of the Bubbles, another lovely boy who pushed first hard. Lovely head and eye, good reach of neck, well laid shoulders. Moved well. 3. Shepherd’s Kichigai Lord of the Dance.
O.D. 5 1. Harris’s Ch Neadmik All About The Boy for Watchkees SHCM JW, Another beautifully presented boy. He has such ring presence. Lovely head and eye. Good spring of rib. Good bone. Well set tail. Moved well around the ring. 2. Hickson’s Kichigai Only The Lonley, this boy has a lovely colour. Good headpiece. Good bone. Well set tail. Moved with purpose. Well handled and presented. 3. Miles & Dean’s Ch Neradmik Kiss Chase with Lekkerbek.

M.P.B. 2 1. Gregory’s Amikirs Doubly Delicious (AI) 6monthss presented a lovely picture standing. Lovely feminine head with lovely eye, enough muzzle. Well off for bone at this stage. Moved well for a baby. B.P.B. 2. Bell’s Foxyfayre Keep the Faith With Allforus (AI) 6 month another baby and if I am being honest I had to split hairs between her and first place and just lost out on maturity as 1st more advanced. Lovely head and eye, colour coming through nicely. Moved well for a baby. Two very nice puppies and I shall watch their progress in the ring with interest.
P.B. 3 (2) Church’s Skathki Lullaby League litter sister to my B.O.B. but not as mature. Sweet expression, lovely eye. Good tail set.
J.B. 3 1. Church’s Leazehond Amber Steppes pretty little bitch with dark eye. Good head. Well laid shoulders. Ample bone. Not in the best of jackets but colour was good. 2. Marshall & Atkinson Winklestar Serendipity with Devonia another lovely bitch, lovely head and eye, good bone. Very attentive to handler. 3. Church’s Skathki Lullaby League.

L.B. 1 1. Marshall’s Torrikees Made In Heaven at Devonia, Smart girl. Lovely head and eye with a very sweet expression. Well boned, moved well.
O.B. 6 (1) 1. Sharp-Bales Ch Neradmik Grace Kelly pleased to award CC, a feminine bitch. Just what I was looking for, so well put together. Lovely head and eye good lay of shoulder with a good spring of rib. Well set tail. If I am being critical would have liked a little more definition of colour. She moved as one with her mistress, immaculately put down as to be expected from this kennel. Lost out to the young dog in the challenge as I preferred his colour. 2. Hickson’s Ch Kichigai Magic Dancer R.C.C. judged this bitch as a minor puppy and on that occasion gave her the R.C.C. She has matured into super bitch and was unlucky to come up against my winner. Excells in colour. Love her head and eye, good spring of ribs, lovely tail set. Moved well and was beautifully presented. 3. Passmore’s Ch Torrikees Victoria’s Secret.
