My thanks to all the exhibitors for the entry. I was a little concerned about the number of light eyes of varying degrees. When I last looked at the Standard it stated “dark, medium size, almond shaped, obliquely set”, when breeding please be aware. We are also losing some of the depth to the muzzle. Below are my thoughts as seen on the day.

MPD (2) 1 Lindsay’s Mezanda Merry Starshower, compact with excellent confirmation. Head properties excellent for age breaking slowly. Tailset & carriage very good. Real puppy coat with excellent colour & markings. Ears looking a little large at present also I would have preferred a little higher in front. Movement very good; 2 Williams’ Mezanda Master Of Secrets at Druitz, brother to 1, a little bigger all over. Excellent coat colour & markings. Head properties & ears very good preferred to 1. Needs more training to assess movement sufficiently.
PD (1) 1 Eggleston’s Kichigai’s Only The Lonely with Ricara, excellent colour & markings showing coat definition & texture. Ears of good size & shape. I would have preferred slightly more muzzle length to make the picture. Movement satisfied.
LD (4,1a) 1 Hill’s Plymkees Cool, dark rich colour showing excellent definition of markings. Movement excellent when viewed from all angles. Tail carriage very good. Head properties & eyes of excellent colour & shape. Such a pity he left his undercoat at home; 2 Rose’s Rossvale Master Of Destiny for Esorkees, excellent coat texture, colour & markings. Would have preferred eyes a shade darker. Movement very good but was not cooperating with his handler today; 3 Lindsay’s Mezanda Madog’s Storm.
OD (6) 1 Tew’s Bargeway Keen To Rumble, this dog took my eye today standing square in full coat of good texture & definition. Excellent movement from all quarters & tail & carriage. Head type & properties excellent with good depth of muzzle. Very good ear shape. Eyes could be a shade darker. Excellent bone & feet. CC; 2 Atkinson’s Ch Winklestar Hadar, well put together standard size male with excellent movement & presence. Head properties, eye & ear very good, would have preferred more depth of muzzle. RCC; 3 Harris’ Ch Neradmik All About The Boy for Watchkees.

MPB (2) I liked both of these puppies of different types. 1 Gregory’s Amikirs Fabulicious Time, movement very good with reasonable coat colour, markings & texture. Head properties & ears pleased. Would of preferred a darker eye; 2 Lindsay’s Mezanda Melys Sparkles, excellent make & shape, tail carriage & head properties. Needs to develop in confirmation to show movement.
PB (3,1) 1 Atkinson & Matthews’ Winklestar Anthe for Valindale, confirmation, movement & size excellent. Coat & texture excellent however colour needs to clear. Head properties good for age with reasonable depth of muzzle. Good ear placement. BP; 2 Brunt’s Waatan Gleditsia, excellent colour & markings with movement confirming construction. Head looking a little strong for a female & eyes could be a little darker.
JB (4,1) 1 Austin & Johnson’s Chotahkees Don’t Stop Me Now, lovely clear rich colour & excellent markings. Size, shape & movement in profile excellent. Feminine in head with very good proportions & depth of jaw. Pleased to award her RCC; 2 Hickson’s Kichigai’s Lilac Wine, 10 months. Excellent coat colour & markings. Movement satisfied. Would have preferred more bone; 3 White’s Neradmik Dear Darling of Whitchakees.
PGB (6) These 2 could change places on another day. 1 Wilkin’s Whizzkees Ebony Sinders, upstanding with very good front movement & good hind action. Excellent coat texture with very good markings. Head properties excellent; 2 Redler & Wheatley’s Keitakees Asleep In The Back, excellent body proportions & movement, head properties & depth of muzzle. Excellent coat colour & texture but left her undercoat at home; 3 Fitches’ Samoykees Exclusive Moon.
LB (4) 1 White’s Neradmik Meant To Be with Whitchakees, head properties dark with good proportions but looked a little masculine for me. Movement very good from all angles. In full coat which just gives the impression of heaviness; 2 Tew’s Bargeway Pumpkin Pie, excellent movement, balance & shape. Head properties pleased; 3 Hill’s Whizzkees Ebony Silver for Plymkees.
OB (5,2) 1 Brunt’s Ch Vanstrand Quantum Of Solace, I loved the balance & shape of this girl with excellent coat texture & markings. Movement flowed & confirmed construction when viewed from all angles. Head properties & proportions very good. CC, BOB; 2 Stubbing’s Vandersee Wedding Belle, excellent coat colour, texture & markings. Typical head properties & eye shape. Movement very good all round; 3 Gregory’s Ch Amikirs Bubblelicious.
